On the very first note a brief view of this very brand, as PizzaExpress is a restaurant group with over 400 restaurants across the United Kingdom and 40 overseas in Europe, Hong Kong, India and the Middle East. It was founded in 1965 by Peter Boizot. After completion of its 50 successful years, the outlet at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon had an event for the Italian cuisine lovers as a token of gratitude.
Well, the event was all about creativity, as to walk the aficionados through an authentic lesson of Italian gourmet and more importantly the real sense of making a perfect Pizza, with also an add on of introducing new range of different pastas to there menu. After settling down it was clearly an observance as to how amicable and quick the services of there staff are, the refreshing lemonade with a mint twist had a kick start for the evening and eventually it only became more and more interesting. The venue has its own grace with a bit of exorbitant stint to itself.
The head chef taught, how to make a perfect pizza and the modus operandi of keeping it right on track should be very delicate and sensitive, hence it was a lesson for life to make a flawless pizza with perfection, and the result came outstanding as the pizzas crafted were impeccably brilliant.
And after cooking session it was a time to tickle our buds with some tangy pastas, which were scintillating and amazing.
And at last entangling with a sweet tooth, and also one of the best sections of the evening.
