There for a FAM trip of the Pullman & Novotel hotels by Accor group, we were taken around the properties for a guided tour and I can surely say these are going to be the obvious choice for vacationers and executives. Pullman catering to the luxury segment and Novotel for the business, together become a perfect choice for those vacations or those business meetings.

After a detailed tour of the both the properties it was time for some pet-puja as we call it - a custom curated lunch by Chef Anand at Pluck – ah bliss! The first thing that hits all the senses is the freshness of the ingredients. The amuse bouche had it all – freshness of the ingredients from the kitchen garden, a presentation that enthrals you till your other senses take over and  the medley of tastes happens!

Over the next few courses, we tasted some innovative dishes like scallop carpaccio, kaffir lime paneer tikka, mushroom & chestnut soup and others. The deconstructed mulligatawny was splendid. The very thought of taking a main course and converting it to a soup was amazing and the taste was the icing on the cake. For the main course entrees like lamb loin with bean & mushroom cassoulet, grilled spicy miso salmon, quinoa & broccoli cake and others made appearance. Visibly beautiful, all the dishes invoked shutterbugs all around.
