Sometimes when you get bored of it all - running, gymming, weights, etc it's time to dance your way to weight loss. The best part is that you can pick the music you love the most, it can be anything.
I prefer - belly dancing, hip hop and bollywood dancing. There are so many interesting videos on YouTube that you can pick what fascinates you the most.
I created a super healthy salad today and I hope you all can enjoy this recipe too.
Healthy Salad Recipe:
Salad leaves
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Onions
Sunflower Seeds
Chicken Breast
Greek yoghurt
Mustard with horseradish
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Garlic & Herb mix
Cook the chicken breast in olive oil with garlic and herb mix in water.
For the dressing add a little Greek yoghurt, a little mustard with horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic and herb mix to a bowl and whip.
Add it to salad leaves together with the cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
That's your salad!
