या किसी अन्य विधान सभा निर्वाचन-क्षेत्र की निर्वाचक नामावली में मेरा
नाम पहले से ही सम्मिलित नहीं किया गया है/My name has not already been
included in the electoral roll for this or any other assembly
constituency;
मेरा
नाम नीचे उल्लिखित राज्य व निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए ,निर्वाचक नामावली में
सम्मिलित कर लिया गया होगा/My name may have been included in the
electoral roll
टिप्पणी:-
कोई व्यक्ति ऐसा कथन या घोषण करता है जो मिथ्या है और जिसके मिथ्या होने
का या तो उसे ज्ञान या विश्वास है या जिसके सत्य होने का उसे विश्वास नहीं
है, वह लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950, (1950 का 43) की धारा 31 के अधीन
दंडनीय होगा।/Note - Any person who makes a statement or declaration
which is false and which he either knows or believes to be false or does
not believe to be true, is punishable under Section 31 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950).
